Aura-Soma is a non-intrusive, self-selective soul therapy using colour.  "You are the colours you choose" is a perfect way of saying that we reflect our wisdom and inner knowing through the colour choices and combinations that we select from the range of Equilibium,  Pomanders and Quintessences. 

 

POMANDERS  

 

Pomanders contain the energies of colour and 49 herbs in an ethanol base. Each pomander will contain a predominance of 7 of the herbs that relate to the particular chakra to which it relates by colour, while the other 42 herbs are present in miniscule amounts, with the exception of the original white Pomander, which was the first to be developed. As white contains and reflects all colours, so too does the white Pomander contain all 49 herbs in equal balance. The Pomanders work with-in the electromagnetic field surrounding the physical body.  They are essentially protective,  cleansing, refreshing and strengthening to the energy field.  It has been shown by Kirlian photography that they create little valves with the electromagnetic field that allow the positive energies in and filter out less helpful energies. They can also be used to focus our intention.  How to use: Place 3 drops in the left hand. Rub hands together. extend the arms above the head giving the energies away to the world. Brush gently through the aura beginning at the crown and working your way down the body making sure cross every chakra point.  Rest both hands in front of the heart chakra for a short while before continuing on down to the solar plexus, sacral and base chakras and then offer the energies to the earth. Visualise the energies of the pomander gently penetrating deep into the earth. Then bring the hands up in front of the face and inhale deeply 3 times.  Use daily  to cleanse, strengthen and support the aura and create a delicate energy matrix around ourselves. Here are the keynotes for each Pomander: White: Brings in the light and renews, brings clear perception. As well as being used in the aura, it may also be used in any space to cleanse atmospheres, bring the light in and renew energies. It purifies and renews helping us to make space for new beginnings.

 

Pink:  For Universal Unconditional Love, the warmth and caring that makes everything possible in our life. Emtionally pink brings love, both for ourselves and for those around us. It may be supportive at times when we feel vulnerable and to help us to care for ourselves. Brings about a deep sese of relaxation, harmonises groups, and their processes.

Deep Red: Grounding, protection from the earth energies, very energising. Both the red pomanders are helpful for feeling grounded after meditation or any therapy session. Useful for any situation where our energy is depleted.  Very protective.

Red: Grounding of purpose, everyday protection, revitalising. A softer vibration than the deep red. To help us overcome the negative effects from resentment or animosity. Reduces shyness and helps deal with aggression, also good for doing Earth Energy

Coral:  To learn how to love and care in a new way. This is a protection of our spiritual Being to give us a greater sense of independence. To offer the insight necessary for inter-dependence, to help us with competition. An awakening Pomander that can bring a deep sense of joy.

Orange: Regression and shock absorption of the past and the present, bringing insight. Helps to let go of the negative effects of experiencing past trauma. May help us to deal with spiritual shocks and/or fears and balance the aura when we feel "beside ourselves". Orange enables us to let go and accept all that is going on around us. It is related to the second chakra and may have a soothing and calming effect on this area.

Gold: Release from irrational fear, reconnecting with innate wisdom.  Finding abundance within ourselves, using our wisdom to its full potential. The Gold relates to the solar plexus where we can feel anxiety and fear. By using this colour we may enable ourselves to accept, receive, digest and relax.

Yellow: Antidote to nervousness and negative thoughts, brings back the sparkle. Yellow brings the sunshine in - an antidote to feeling "the blues". Useful in spaces where there is a lack of sunlight, brightens the atmosphere around us. It may help us to be more present and help us ease an overactive mind.

Olive Green: Gets to the heart of things, overcoming anxieties, fears and disappointments on the emotional level.  Olive relates to bringing the wisdom into our heart and to help us find our own way. Improves our ability to remember.  Helpful in confrontational situations and difficulties with other people. Excellent for practitioners to clear their space between clients. It helps when we feel trapped or unable to find a clear direction in any situation.

Emerald Green: Opens and calms the heart, brings in the clarity to communicate our feelings. Emerald is for bringing peace into our own space helping us to find our own way. It can free us from old ideas and open us up to new decisions. It can be very helpful for clearing jealousy, envy and other negative emotions.

Turquoise: Supports all creative pursuits - writing, painting and dancing,  facilitates working with computers and crystals. Helps us to creatively communicate what we are feeling. This pomander is for communication, particularly for those who are involved in presentations, teaching or public speaking. It encourages playfulness, can help to resolve blockages and may protect against stage fright.

Sapphire Blue: Supports the highest communication of love, focussing on our  inspirational aspects it can help to overcome feelings of extreme isolation.   Deepens the peace within to help us become clearer and more relaxed. When we expend less energy in our pre-occupatiuons we have more energy available to do what we need to do.

Royal Blue: Developing the higher mind functions such as clairvoyance and telepathy and the appreciation of art and music. Opens us to the powers of our imagination and intuition, as well as helping us to access sympathetic emotions. Can help to find detachment from the emotions so that we do not feel overwhelmed by them.

Violet: Opens our perception and awareness which may enable us to connect with our mission and our purpose and to connect with that which we are and especially our gifts. Also assists us in connecting with the higher realms.

Deep Magenta:  Gives us the energy to attend to details during difficult times, builds our energy and supports. Combining the red and violet energies, this Pomander can be both energising and soothing at the same time. For those times when we have given all our energy to others and now need to receive caring for ourselves. For living in the present.

QUINTESSENCES

Like Pomanders, Quintessences are preparations which include herbal and floral essences in an ethanol base. They work specifically with the astral fields beyond the etheric body, thereby relating more to the mental bodies.  The Quintessences facilitate the flow of energy from the inner planes and invoke the most positive energies of the colour ray to which they are connected. Through this process our own inner qualities which are related to that colour are brought into manifestation, assisting us to recognise our own inner beauty.  Each Quintessence, with the exception of The Holy Grail and Solar Logos, is paired with one of the Equilibrium bottles in the Master set (B50 through B64) and both bottle and Quintessence bear the name of a Master.  By using any of the Quintessences we can be in touch with the spiritual hierarchy and gain their help at any time.   

How to use: Place three drops on your left wrist and gently rub your wrists together. Extend your arms above your head, offering the energies of the Quintessence to the world. At the same time, feel for a sense of contact with Spirit.  Then gently bring your hands down and cross your wrists over your crown. Continue to open and close your arms, crossing them over each energy centre, as if you were folding the energies around you. When you get to the heart, rest over your heart centre for a few moments with your hands crossed at the wrists. Then continue on, drawing the energies down through your lower chakras and finally offer the Quintessence to the earth.  Then roll your hands in backward spirals, moving out from, and upward in front of your body until you again give the energies away to the world. Finally, bring your palms together at your forehead and breathe deeply the aroma of the Quintessence from your wrists into your body three times.

Here are the keynotes for each Quintessence:

El Morya: Pale blue in colour and aligning with blue.  Keynote: Thy will be done through me. El Morya offers the finest layer of protection, allowing us to release  the imposition of the personal (lower) will, so that we may come into alignment with the higher will, thereby actualising our destiny. It offers grace, ease and a strengthening of our  connection with Divine Will, which assists us to align our self with our higher purpose.

Kuthumi: Pale yellow in colour and aligning with yellow. Keynote: Love and wisdom. Kuthumi  helps  humans  to find their role between the angelic and devic kingdoms (minerals and plants)  and to be a communication link between both.  Kuthumi helps us attune to plants and crystals and coonect with devas, angels, fairies, and other beings, especially when we are engaged in gardening, meditation, and healing work.

Lady Nada: Pale pink in colour and aligning with both royal blue and pink. Keynote: Unconditional love. Lady Nada supports healing with love by helping us to let go of negativity at a deep level.  Our thoughts about ourselves create our reality. Lady Nada is the most mitigating and soothing of the Quintessences, reducing aggression both within and around us.  It helps change negative energies to positive ones in all respects.  Lady Nada brings the pure love of the Divine Mother, the highest vibration of unconditional love.

Hilarion: Pale Green in colour and aligning with both pale green and emerald green. Keynote: A space for the new. The Way, the Truth, and the Life. Hilarion helps us create inner space, whereby we are able to know ourselves better. It allows us to find the peace  and space we need to make decisions and clears away old identifications, creating a new space to step into.

Serapis Bey: Clear in colour and aligning with clear. Keynote: Purification and new beginnings.

The Christ: Red in colour and aligning with red. Keynote:  Re-energising, protection and caring.

Saint Germain: Pale Violet in colour and aligning with violet. Keynote: Healing, meditation and transformation.

Pallas Athena and Aeolus: Pale Magenta in colour and aligning with magenta. Keynote: Creative expression of love and beauty.

Orion and Angelica: Pink in colour and aligning with pink. Keynote: fresh beginnings and endings.

Lady Portia: Gold in colour and aligning with both gold and yellow. Keynote: "Judge not, lest ye be judged." Clear seeing brings right action.

Lao Tsu and Kwan Yin: Pale Orange in colour and aligns with orange. Keynote: Compassion; release from the past.

Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus Kumara: Pale Coral in colour and aligning with coral. Keynote: To see into the depths of things; to bring an awareness of the divine into the everyday.

Maha Chohan: Pale Turquoise in colour and aligning with turquoise. Keynote: To bring an awareness of what, from our feelings, we need to say.

Djwal Khul: Emerald Green in colour and aligning with emerald green. Keynote: Seeking the truth.

Holy Grail and Solar Logos: Pale Olive Green in colour and aligning with olive green and pale olive green.  Keynote: To be receptive and listen carefully.
