CASUAL POSITION

We currently have a position available in a casual sales and customer service role in our Willoughby store  -   serving customers, processing sales and payments,  reception duties, processing stock & deliveries and cleaning store.

  •  8 to 15 hours per week.. Sometimes there may be additional hours depending on the needs of the business e.g occasional Saturdays.

MUST HAVE:

  • Retail Speciality Sales & Customer Service Experience
  • Good working knowledge of crystals*
  • Personal interest in Mind, Body, Spirit & Healing
  • Internet & Email capability
  • Valid references

* please note:  the successful candidate must have a good working knowledge of crystals and their metaphysical qualities.

MUST BE:

  • Trustworthy, integrous, reliable and punctual.
  • Mature and responsible with a can do  attitude
  • Tidy, organised & able to work unsupervised
  • Flexible - able to work additional hours when required
  • Committed to the job & success of the business
  • Willing  to learn additional product knowledge
  • Able to multi-task

CASUAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for an administration assistant to help with filing, keeping office work up to date,  data entry and BAS preparation and website maintenance.

  • one day per week - 10.30am - 4.30pm

MUST HAVE:

  • Proficiency in EXCEL & MYOB
  • Good computer, typing and alphanumeric data entry skills 
  • Excellent  attention to detail & accuracy
  • Valid references
  • Website maintenance experience preferred but not essential

MUST BE:

  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Organised & efficient
  • Easy to get along with
  • Sensitive to customers in shop and respectful of boundaries
  • Grounded
  • Able to work unsupervised
